Xmas : Ondo APC chieftain, Kikelomo Ikuomola congratulates Nigerians, says the Nation is on the path of greatness
As Nigerians joined Christian faithful all over the world to celebrate this year’s Christmas, a member of the rulling All Progressives Congress, APC and Frontline promoter of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President in 2023, Kikelomo Ikuomola has called on Nigerians to continue to spread the gospel of peaceful coexistence and love among one another in the interest of the Nation.
In a congratulatory statement, the APC chieftain said, “the season of Christmas is one that exemplifies the virtues of love and peaceful co-existence. We must continue to extend hand of love, benevolence and live as one family irrespective of our creed or colour.
“We must also continue to respect each other’s right to live freely and peacefully.. The period of Christmas commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, who is the symbol of Christianity and the harbinger of peace, love and good tidings.”
She also “admonished Christians to use this period as one for sober reflection on the acute challenges facing the nation and to see how they could apply the virtues of Jesus Christ in fashioning out workable measures aimed at pulling Nigeria out of the quagmire she has.
While congratulating Nigerians for yet another celebration and a prosperous new year in advance, Mrs Ikuomola encouraged Nigerians to be optimistic ahead of the general elections, saying that Nigerians who have been following the recent engagements of Asiwaju Tinubu with relevant stakeholders ahead of the polls will attest to the fact that he is indeed a Man capable of returning the Nation to her pride of place.
