LAKA Joins 2027 Kwara House of Assembly Race, Pledges Real Impact for Essa–Shawo–Igboodun Constituency
Political aspirant known as LAKA has officially entered the race for the 2027 Kwara State House of Assembly election, pledging to deliver meaningful development and “real impact” to the people of the Essa–Shawo–Igboodun constituency.
LAKA declared his intention to contest the legislative seat, stating that his decision was driven by a desire to bring effective representation, improved governance, and grassroots development to the constituency.
He emphasized that his campaign would focus on addressing key challenges affecting residents, including infrastructure development, youth empowerment, education support, and community welfare.
According to him, the time has come for a leadership approach that prioritizes the needs of the people, especially at the grassroots level, where he believes more attention is required.
LAKA also pledged to run an inclusive campaign, engaging stakeholders, traditional leaders, youths, and women across the constituency to build a broad-based support system ahead of the 2027 elections.
