Uche Nnaji Rejects Arrest Warrant Reports, Alleges Political Smear Campaign
Former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Geoffrey Nnaji, has denied reports alleging that a court ordered his arrest over certificate forgery allegations, insisting that the claims are false, misleading, and politically motivated.
Nnaji, a prominent political figure in Enugu State and a governorship aspirant ahead of the 2027 election, said the reports were part of a calculated attempt to damage his reputation and undermine his growing political influence.
In a statement issued through his media aides, the former minister maintained that he has not evaded any law enforcement agency and remains available to respond to any lawful inquiry.
