ABUJA — The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a suspected drug kingpin, Festus Ibewuike, also known as Chidibest, after more than two years of evading arrest.
Ibewuike reportedly moved between different countries while attempting to escape arrest over his alleged involvement in illicit drug trafficking.
