How Sheikh Awwalu Olowolagba celebrates birthday with less privileged people


Islamic scholar and the Chief Missioner, Zawiyat Wabillahi Taofeeq Asolatiyah Al-Ashraafiyah Islamic organization, Fadilat Sheik Alhaji Muhammadu Awwalu Olowolagba known by many as Oniwasi Agba Ikola marked his birthday in celebration with the vulnerable in society.
He conducted philanthropic works across his communities in Lagos to mark the birthday anniversary.
According to him, no individual around him will go hungry, nothing that on a monthly basis he renders hands of assistance to people who are less privileged to not only alleviate their challenges but also give Allah the glory for His blessings and Mercies in his life, his family and that of his Islamic organization.

“It shouldn’t come as surprise to anyone who has followed my trajectory way back from my days of humble beginning. Giving to the needy is part and parcel of who I am because that was how I was brought up. Aside from donations to orphanages and charitable causes”, he had said while explaining the secret behind her love for the underprivileged.

“At the end of every month or at most once in two months, I usually try to put a smile on the face of those suffering from hunger and other things”.
” Societies do not exist in a vacuum. They thrive because of people. They are driven by people, and their success is dependent on people. Therefore, human policy and philosophy should encompass helping people, specifically the less privileged.”
“Aside being an Islamic cleric, this is a token to show all my people how far Allah have been supporting me, and as well the support I have received from people who made this possible, I appreciate you all”he said.
