For a radical change, give Olumide Osoba another chance – Lawmaker charges Delegates


Barring any last minute change, on Thursday 26th of May 2022, the All Progressive Congress will conduct the party’s primary election to determine who will fly the party’s flag come 2023 general election for the various seats at the House of Representatives across the country.

Already, it is no longer news that the current member, representing Abeokuta North, Odeda and Obafemi Owode and chairman House of representatives committee on Sports, Rt. Hon. has once again throw his hat in the ring to represent his people at the National Assembly in furtherance of the Constituency collective growth and rapid development.
Recall that Hon. Olumide declared his intentions to contest not quite long where he maintained that for APC to win or come out victorious, APC leaders, executives and delegates should make sure that they field candidates with credibility, network of friendship, Popularity and proven evidence of track records in the forthcoming general elections.

He stated unequivocally that he is the most qualified and best candidate for the job going by his antecedents and previous records.
Hon. Olumide reiterated his determination to replicate what he is known for.
“I have done it before and I will do it again” “A vote for Rt. Hon. Olumide Osoba is a vote for emancipation, liberation restoration and resuscitation of Abeokuta North/Odeda/Obafemi Owode Federal Constituency from the shackles of past misrepresentation and legislative redundancy”
The federal lawmaker maintained that National Assembly is not for rookies,new comers but for old timers who have navigated through the rudiments of legislature.
He called on delegates of APC in the three local government areas that make up the federal Constituency to once again give him the mandate and promised never to disappoint them rather do more than what he has in his last couple of years in terms of community and human development coupled with qualitative and effective representation from the centre.
