Toyin Rachel celebrates Senator Fatai Buhari on his Birthday, describes him as a legislator with uncommon qualities
Toyin Rachel has felicitated with the lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Senator Fatai Buhari on the occasion of his birthday.
Rachel, in a congratulatory message, made available to journalists this morning said that the federal lawmaker remained a blessing to the senatorial district, having changed the narrative of governance through unprecedented achievement he has recorded so far.
While stating the huge achievement Senator Buhari had made through the facilitation of human capital development projects, he maintained that leadership had been brought to the grassroots through the uncommon leadership style of the federal lawmaker.
