2027: AMG Fires Up Bayelsa Grassroots, Combines PVC Mobilisation With Women, Youth Summit

The Asiwaju Mobilization Group (AMG) is intensifying its grassroots political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections, with the organisation combining Permanent Voter Card (PVC) mobilisation with a major Women, Youth, Political and Voters’ Sensitisation Summit scheduled to hold in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The Bayelsa State Chapter of AMG will host the sensitisation summit on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Civic Centre, Yenagoa, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The programme, themed “Inform, Engage, Empower,” is targeted at women, youths, political stakeholders and voters, with the organisers saying the initiative is aimed at strengthening democratic participation and encouraging greater involvement of young people and women in the political process.
The summit is being coordinated by Enu Kikanwa Timpre Linda, Esq., Bayelsa State Coordinator and South-South Zonal Coordinator, while Amb. Oladeinde Adekunle, Mobilization Convener and National Coordinator of AMG, is listed as the convener.
The organisers are promoting the programme under the message: “Stronger Women, Greater Youth Participation, A Brighter Democracy.”
PVC Mobilisation Takes Centre Stage
Beyond the Bayelsa summit, AMG is also stepping up its PVC mobilisation campaign, urging eligible Nigerians to collect their Permanent Voter Cards and actively participate in elections.
A separate AMG campaign material carries the strong message: “Go and Collect Your PVC — And Vote APC at All Levels,” alongside a call on citizens not to stay at home on election day.
The material identifies Hon. David Oladeinde as the Founder of the Asiwaju Mobilization Group and features His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and APC Presidential Flag Bearer.

Also featured is Mrs. Onu Amazing Chinelo, identified as National Women Leader and Ebonyi State Coordinator, ASMON.
Another organiser identified in the PVC mobilisation campaign is Comrade Onya Obinna, Coordinator, Asiwaju Mobilization Group, Ezza South LGA, Ebonyi State.
The twin initiatives point to a broader AMG strategy of combining voter education, PVC collection, women and youth mobilisation, and grassroots political engagement ahead of the 2027 elections.
With the Bayelsa summit expected to draw women, youths and political stakeholders, AMG is seeking to deepen its grassroots structure while encouraging eligible voters to secure their PVCs and participate actively in the democratic process.
