An High Court sitting in Osogbo the osun state capital on Wednesday struck out the Stay of Execution sought by the Gboleru ruling house of Ikirun to restrain the state government from approving the selection of Prince Yinusa Olalekan AKadri.
Akinrun-elect, Akadri had emerged through an election conducted by the kingmakers of Ikirun after the court had ruled that they should move to the next ruling house due to inability of Gboleru to present candidate for the vacant stool.
In his ruling, Justice Jide Falola described the application as frivolous, immature and lacking in merit and therefore was dismissed.
