Former Deputy Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Tola Banjo has applauded the Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebu Land, Oba Sikirullahi Adetona for the great role he has played in upholding the rich cultural heritage of the Yorubas and as well promoting unity of the race, describing his 64 years on the throne of his forebearer as rewarding moments in the quest for growth and development.
Hon. Tola Banjo in congratulatory message acknowledges the Awujale as a respected monarch who prioritize cohesion and progress in all circumstances, noting that Oba Adetona inspires devotion to the service of the people.
While rejoicing with the monarch and the people of Ijebu Land on the auspicious occasion of the frontline traditional ruler’s 64 years on the throne, He saluted the Royal father’s passionate commitment to the positive turnaround for Ijebu Land , which according to him continue to bear results in term of the physical outlook and increased opportunities for subjects.
