Funky Juju crooner, Asiwaju Dele Taiwo has concluded work on a Single ,titled, Rebirth.
Currently on a musical tour of the United States of America and The United Kingdom, DT as he is called by fans, while fielding questions from newsmen after an incredible performance last week said with Rebirth, Juju music will assume a new status.
According to him, ”Rebirth is not the usual Juju beat, but a unique Juju flavour, served in a peculiar Juju dish.
“Talk about the latest dimension in Juju music, then, you are talking about Rebirth which has everything in it that will make the music genre win new converts”
Asiwaju mentioned that Rebirth was recorded at Marves studio in London, mixed and arranged by Blango & Dele Taiwo himself.
Stressing that Rebirth is just a teaser for his fans to have a taste of what is on the way for them in form of a new Juju menu, Taiwo said but for the pandemic, he would have concluded work on a full album which he said has been scheduled to come after Rebirth release.
” The pandemic affected my plans for the year. The original plan was to release a Single in the middle of the year, when our tour of some American states would have commenced.
” But as it eventually turned out, the pandemic made nonsense of the plan, but thank God we are alive to continue from where the global calamity stopped us”
According to the popular Funky Juju player, Rebirth would be released soon with it’s video which is currently being shot in choice location in London.
“To the glory of God, Rebirth is here and it will be available for public consumption in audio and video form anytime from now and it will be available in Europe, America and Africa simultaneously” he offered.
