President Bola Tinubu is currently holding a maiden meeting with governors of the 36 states of the federation, under the aegis of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting which commenced around 12.42 pm had in attendance governors of Zamfara, Kano, Taraba, Kogi, Ogun, Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Adamawa, Ebonyi, Lagos, Rivers, Osun, Jigawa, Benue, Taraba, Delta, Enugu, Rivers, Oyo, Plateau, Kebbi, Abia, Imo and Bauchi.
The deputy governors of Niger and Edo represented their states.

Also in attendance at the meeting are Vice President Kashim Shettima, and the newly sworn-in Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume.
