The CEO of Baraza Multipurpose Society Limited (BMCSL), Pastor Oyinmiebi Bribena has accused his mistress, Miss Becky Buodeigha AKA Becky Minaj of using Kayanmata (JuJu) on him when they were having affairs together.

Pastor Miebi who wrote a petition dated 25th of October 2022 through his Principal Counsel, Barr. B. A. Joshua, Esq. has allegedly accused Becky Minaj  of  refusing to pay the sum of Fifty Million Naira (N5O,O0O,OOO.OO) as payment of a four bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex with Penthouse and a room BQ lying and situate at Plot 1 Ochacho RealHomes Ltd., Ido Gwari Extension, Life Camp in Abuja whom he allegedly bought for her.

According to the petition; “It is our client’s brief that sometime in February, 2021 he entered into an agreement with you for the sale of his four bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex with Penthouse and a room BQ lying and situate at Plot 1 Ochacho Real Homes Ltd., Ido Gwari Extension, Life Camp, Abuja, Nigeria (hereinafter described as the Property) for a sum of Fifty Million Naira (N5O,O0O,OOO.OO) only.”

“This agreement you have failed and’ refused to fulfill your own part, which is to pay the sum of Fifty Million Naira (N50,000,000.00) only, being the purchase price for the Property to our Client.”

“Based on the above narration and on the instruction of our client the sale of Property agreement between yourself and our client is hereby rescinded and consequently cancelled for failure to fulfill your own part of the agreement.”
“We hereby demand that you desist from taking any action with regard to the four bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex with Penthouse and aroom BQ lying and situate at Plot 1 Ochacho Real Homes Ltd., Ido Gwari Extension, Life Camp, Abuja, Nigeria as the property  is and remains that of our client”

In series of  demand notice sighted by NAIJA LIVE TV, pastor  Miebi further accused his alleged Mistress, Becky Minaj of removing his  luxuryfurniture from the Baraza’s head office  to her father’s house, located at  Arc. Samuel Buodeigha’ Compound, Nedugo Town, Gbarain Clan,Yenagoa LGA, Bayelsa State, and illegally converted them to your personal use without his consent.

“It is our client’s brief that sometime in 2021 our Client encountered some issues with its business and as a result, there were protests by members and during the protests you unlawfully accessed the office premises of our Client located at Bliss Emporium, at No. 1 Otiotio Road, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State and removed without the consent of the President or any principal member of the society luxuryfurniture belonging to our Client to your father’s house, Arc. Samuel Buodeigha’ Compound, Nedugo Town, Gbarain Clan,Yenagoa LGA, Bayelsa State, and illegally converted them to your personal use.

We as solicitors to Baraza Multi-purpose Co-Operative Society Limited has the mandate of recovering all properties belonging to the Cooperative Society and in the light of the above narration and in keeping to our mandate, we hereby demand that the Luxury Furniture which you illegally removed from the Head Office of Our Client be returned within Seven Days of receipt of this letter.

“Sometime in 2020 you approached the management of BARAZA MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED with a purported business proposal that you are the Chief Executive Officer of BM Secrets located at No. 503 Mblama Yenagoa Road, Kpansia, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State and that you need the Co-Operative Society to assist you in purchasing a 50 KVA Perkins Generator for your business, being a member of the Co-Operative Society.”

“You requested that the generator be bought for you by the Co-Operative Society as a loan which you will repay within a period of two years from the date of the purchase.”


Upon a thorough review of your request, the management approved the purchase of a 50 KVA Perkins Generator for the sum of Seven Million Naira (N7,000,000.00) in your favour. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of repayment, you were supplied a New 50 KVA Perkins Generator at your place of business at a cost of Seven Million Naira, Only.

Upon the delivery of the Generator and when installmental repayment became due two months after the date of delivery you failed to make any payment and two years after the delivery of the Generator to you, you have still refused to make any payments.

“From the above narration we hereby demand that you immediately refund the sum of Seven Million Naira (N7,000,000.00) only, being cost of purchase of 50KVA Perkins Generator supplied to you by the Corporative Society or in the alternative return the Generator back to the Co-Operative Society, through their Legal Representatives within Seven days of receipt of this letter.”


“Failure to accede to our demand, weshall have no other option than to pursue all legal means to seek redress.”

Meanwhile, The Bayelsa State Police has invited Miss Becky Minaj for allegedly uptaining money under false pretense from the CEO of Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited (BMCSL), Pastor Oyinmiebi Bribena.
