President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will make a broadcast to the nation on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7 pm.
A statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties, Communications and Strategies, Dele Alake, enjoined Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
Tinubu’s broadcast, the second since he was inaugurated, is coming amid threat by the Nigerian Labour Congress and it’s affiliate unions to embark on a warning strike from Wednesday August 2, 2023.

It is also coming amid the military coup d’état in Niger Republic in which the democratically elected government was overthrown by military Junta.
