Ogun non indigenous groups endorses Ladi Adebutu, O’kenny, other Ogun PDP candidates for 2023

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the non indigene residents of Ogun state and the Igede Clan community residing in the state have thrown their weight behind the gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Hon. Ladi Adebutu and all other candidates vying for elective positions on the platform of the opposition party in the forthcoming elections.
They expressed their readiness to work for the victory of the party while playing host to the PDP House of Assembly candidate for Odeda State Constituency, Hon. Odewunmi Kehinde popularly known as O’kenny who came to galvanize for their support ahead of the electioneering campaign later this month.
While assuring his visitors that the Igede community and the entire members of non Ogun indigenous Associations are solidly behind the PDP, the Adi -Igede of Ogun State, pledged the full support of the community to actualization of Hon O’kenny Odeda State Constituency mandate and as ensure that PDP emerged victorious across all other elective positions.
Responding, Hon. Odewunmi promised not to take their support for granted if given the mandate with a promise that as known with PDP, the party will run an all inclusive government adding that no group of ethnic entity will be segregated in the scheme of things.
While appealing to the people to rally support for him and his party, he emphasized the need for them to go collect their permanent voter cards, as it the only way they can help restore sanity back to the state in 2023.
On the visitation entourage are the chairman, PDP Odeda local government area, Hon. Jide Yunusa, Semiu Idowu, the chairman PDP, Obantoko ward and Hon Ezekiel Adeleye.
