The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Olageospatial Global Investment Company (OGIC), Fashina Olajide has been inducted into the prestigious Abeokuta Sports Club at a lavish ceremony held at the Oba Lipede Garden of the club in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
OGIC is a reputable real estate company with world class estates in Ogun and Anambra States.
Notables among the estates in Ogun State are: the City of David, Obada-Oko, Living Spring Estate, Sodeke Titun, Sabo, King Palace Estate, Siun, Golden City Estate, Bara, Sagamu, Dubai Estate, Wasimi town, airport area and OGIC Estate, Ile Anu Olorun kii su, Bara, Sagamu, Interchange, among others.
Fashina, a reputable estate developer specialises in the sales of land, building of residential homes and office complexes, among others, was inducted into the club along side 65 others.
The real estate guru expressed his joy at joining the club as a way of networking and socialising with other like-minded members in order to move his business to the next level.
Fashina who said, his company planned to reduce housing deficit in Ogun State, disclosed that “We have flexible and convenient payment plans, for everybody that acquire for a land through us, with your little income, we allow people to build, we can create a five years payment plan, depending on your income”.
According to him, joining the club was an avenue for him to give back to the society and also contribute his quota to the development of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
Fashina who was full of gratitude to God Almighty for the grace to join the club, reiterated his company’s commitments in developing the youths in the State, especially those involved in construction by building their skills and offering them jobs.
Earlier in his welcome address, the President of the club, Deacon Atilade Bolarinwa FCA, highlighted the achievements of the club since inception while appreciating the new inductees for the project embarked upon to celebrate their induction.
“Earlier on today, we have had a good session of sporting activities to welcome our new inductees to the best sporting club on this part of the globe. We have also commissioned two projects ( a renovated toilet facility in this garden and a Cool Room). Our new members to be inducted sponsored the renovation of the toilet and equipping the Cool Room. These laudable moves are designed to prepare them for the task ahead in becoming responsible members of this great club”.
“Presently, we have nine sporting sections while the tenth one, a swimming pool is nearing completion; we also have five social sections. We must keep improving and developing our facilities to meet the interest of all members” he said.
Among dignitaries that graced the occasion were, the Grand Patron of the Club and Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Life Patron of the Club, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, the Chairman of the occasion and Chairman Coca Cola International, Bashorun A A Adesanya among others.
