Obidient Movement Finance Director Resigns, Cites Weak Structure and Coordination

The Finance Director of the Obidient Movement has stepped down from his position, citing a lack of proper structure, poor coordination, and inadequate communication within the organisation.
In his resignation, he expressed frustration that despite his commitment and efforts, the movement’s internal systems were not well organised, making it difficult to achieve set goals. He noted that the absence of a clear operational framework had affected efficiency and accountability within the group.
He further pointed to the movement’s disappointing performance in recent political engagements as a major factor that made his continued involvement untenable. According to him, the challenges within the structure limited progress and weakened the overall impact of the movement.
The former director also emphasized that future efforts within the movement would require stronger organisation, clearer funding structures, and improved leadership coordination to achieve meaningful results.
He concluded by describing his time in the movement as an important experience, while urging that reforms be made to ensure better performance and accountability going forward.
