The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, has dismissed reports suggesting that he has left the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), insisting that he remains a committed member of the party.
Speaking on the matter, he described the rumours of his defection as false and misleading, stressing that his political loyalty to the PDP remains firm. He cautioned against spreading unverified information capable of causing unnecessary tension within the political space.
The governor reaffirmed his dedication to the ideals and structure of the PDP, noting that he continues to work with party leaders and stakeholders to strengthen the party at both the state and national levels.
He further urged supporters and the public to disregard the speculation, maintaining that he remains focused on delivering on his mandate and contributing to the growth of the party.
