He explained that at the peak of his career in the entertainment industry, he worked tirelessly for seven consecutive years without taking a single day off. During periods like holidays—typically reserved for family—he found himself even busier, producing numerous radio and television programmes, leaving little time for his personal life.
Adeneye also reflected on the role played by late media mogul Raymond Dokpesi, whom he credited for influencing his return to Nigeria and helping shape a career that required unwavering dedication.
Drawing comparisons with icons like Fela Kuti, he noted that success and earnings in the industry were relative, emphasizing that his marital challenges had nothing to do with money but rather with absence, time, and commitment.
