Olamide Davies Foundation Spreads Eid al-Adha Cheer Across Ogun State With Food and Cash Gifts

In celebration of Eid al-Adha, the Olamide Davies Foundation has launched a large-scale humanitarian outreach across Ogun Central, East, and West Senatorial Districts, distributing food items and cash gifts to hundreds of residents in need.

The initiative, spearheaded by the foundation’s founder and social welfare advocate, Hon. Olamide Talabi, brought smiles and relief to many families grappling with economic challenges during the festive season.
Speaking at the flag-off of the distribution, Hon. Talabi congratulated Muslims on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and highlighted the values of compassion, generosity, and unity, which the foundation aims to embody through its work.
“We understand the economic challenges many families are facing, and this initiative is our way of showing love and standing with the people during this special season,” she said.
She stressed that the gesture was part of the foundation’s enduring commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting inclusive development throughout Ogun State and beyond.

In addition to the outreach, Hon. Talabi took a moment to rally support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, encouraging Nigerians to remain hopeful in the face of current difficulties.
“President Tinubu means well for Nigeria. The positive results of his policies will manifest in due time. We must keep the faith and remain united,” she urged.
Reaffirming her political conviction, Talabi expressed confidence in the All Progressives Congress (APC), stating that the party has shown a consistent pattern of people-centered governance.

“The APC has demonstrated its capacity to lead with vision and purpose. Across the states governed by the APC, we see progress and people-focused initiatives. This is the kind of leadership Nigeria needs,” she added.
The Olamide Davies Foundation has continued to expand its reach, with the Eid distribution drive gaining momentum across local government areas. Beneficiaries have lauded the timely intervention, describing it as a lifeline in difficult times.
The foundation’s outreach is expected to continue throughout the festive period, ensuring that the message of love and generosity resonates far and wide across Ogun State.
