My husband couldn’t quench my sexual appetite

How to stay sexually healthy

During my years of salaried jobs, almost a decade now, I used to follow my immediate boss to Shariah court at Oja Oba, Ibadan. My boss is an Islamic scholar & the judge of a pioneer shariah court in Southwest, a very sound and seasoned scholar who is highly revered due to his sagacity and erudition.

One day, we’re at the courtroom, as usual, most cases then would either be on divorces/marital disputes and little on financial misappropriation, etc. The case before the Qadi was a very pathetic one, a husband accused his fourth wife of adultery, infidelity and promiscuity with more than different five men, providing indomitable evidences!

To my surprise, the wife admitted and confessed that her husband was right. I was shocked to the marrow, thinking why would apparently religious lady chose adultery. The husband sounded very wealthy but had joined jama’atul tableeg! He stays little at home and more on bid’atic outings. Hence, others were “servicing” his youngest wife at no charge.

My guess was right but my presumed judgement wrong. I thought since her husband couldn’t quench her sexual appetite and that shouldn’t be enough excuse for her, thus I thought the right thing was her to be divorced straight away.

Alas, to my utmost surprise, after much deliberation and consultation among the panel of judges, the grand Qadi, my boss then ruled the marriage should remain intact and started preaching to the husband to retain his erred wife, I could remember he was quoting the verse where Allaah admonishes Abubakar (may Allaah be pleased with him) not to withhold his goodness/kindness from people.

He was then encouraging the husband to create more time for this fourth wife and “service” her well, he instructed him to stop his innovation outing of 40 days at the detriment of his family. The judge also did a fearful lecture for the wife and the young lady was crying profusely in the courtroom. It appeared she fell easily into this crime due to her previous background and her inability to control her sexual urge!

As usual, after the court proceeding, this strange case was the main gist of our post-court analysis, there an old man in his late fifty or early sixty, “Bruce Lee” goal machine man, prolific scorer interrupted our analysis and said “one man’s food is another man’s poison. Allaah should have blessed me with this lady, I would really quench her sex appetite, she would want to run away!”

I asked him some probing questions and the old man replied “my son, you see, at the moment I have two wives and I do serve them well both night and day. Alfa, it is only the night I divide between my two wives, I get so much energy that I serve them during the daylight once one of them is out of home, I resume work with the available one and that shouldn’t interrupt the night chores!”

Since this episode, I don’t joke with whatever will boost my za oza room energy, I am always on the lookout for natural aphrodisiac foods in season from watermelon, walnuts, cucumber, banana (I spend thousands of naira on this, most especially with groundnut), etc.

Why? I want to be like the second man not like the the first man. I remembered that old man shared some of his arsenal with me. Bye for now, stay sexually healthy!
