Tola Banjo in the opposition : What it means for PDP and the rulling Party in Ogun


It is no more news that a Former Deputy Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly and Special adviser to the immediate past governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun, Rt. Hon. Tola Banjo have decided to pitch his political tent with the opposition party, People’s Democratic Party PDP in Ogun state, a move many who attests to the political clout and sagacity of the ex-lawmaker described as bad omen and dark cloud hovering around the APC government in Ogun state as the 2023 general elections draws nearer.
The decision of Hon. Tola Banjo to root for the emergence of Former Member of the House of Representatives and PDP Gubernatorial candidate, Ladi Adebutu as the governor of Ogun State in 2023 having left the party he worked assiduously to build over the years, APC as a result of injustice meted out to him during the last primaries of the All Progressives Congress in the state no doubt continue to senf cold shivers down the spine of the rulling party which may ultimately pronounce the beginning to the end of APC leadership in the State starting from 2023.
