“The Electoral act is very clear that when an officer is seem to have perpetrated fraud such officer will face the wrought of the law.

“In 2019, some INEC officials were imprisoned so some of the OGISEC officials are set for prison and we will send them there.

The Chairman equally stressed that none of the APC candidates was qualify for the elections.

His words “Our point is that APC has no capacity, legality and the frameworks to present candidate at the Local government elections.

“On December 8th, 2020, the NEC of APC dissolved Ogun APC Executives and since then they have appointed only three-man caretaker committee to take care of the affairs of the party in the interim and up till today they haven’t corrected the abnormality.”

He added, “We have approached the court because we know that there’s no candidate of APC that stands the test of time as far as the constitution of Nigeria and that of Electoral act is concerned.

“We have instituted 20 different suits, local government by local government to correct the abnormal.

“Our point is that APC has no capacity, legality and the frameworks to present candidate at the Local government elections.

The Chairman boasted that his party was ready to take back all the 20 local governments in state after court’s intervention.
