Kwankwaso Blast Hakeem Baba-Ahmed For Disparaging Tinubu’s Administration
He Was Recently Appointed By BAT Govt Thinking It Was Business As Usual, He Ran Away
Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, the Executive Director of Finance at the Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority (HJRBDA), has addressed Hakeem Baba-Ahmed’s disparagement of the Tinubu administration.
Baba-Ahmed, a member of the Arewa Consultative Forum and former Political Adviser to Vice President Kashim Shettima, has been openly critical of Tinubu’s recent policies.
In his remarks, Kwankwaso asserted that Baba-Ahmed lacks the moral authority to undermine the Tinubu administration and urged Nigerians not to take his criticisms seriously.
He mentioned that Baba-Ahmed had recently accepted a role within the Tinubu government, expecting a familiar environment where political appointees thrived. However, he soon discovered that the administration was different and felt unfit for the role, leading him to resign.
Kwankwaso emphasized that Baba-Ahmed has failed to provide an explanation for either his acceptance of the position or his subsequent resignation. Now, he seems to be rallying people against the government he once supported.
Kwankwaso called on Baba-Ahmed to be transparent about his actions and to communicate the truth to the Northern populace.
According to our source Kwankwaso stated,
“Hakeem Baba-Ahmed recently accepted appointment in the government of Tinubu thinking it was business as usual, where political appointees had field days in office. When he saw it was a different government, he realiased he wasn’t fit there; he ran away. Today Hakeem Baba-Ahmed cannot tell why he accepted the job and why he resigned. Now he finds comfort in instigating people against the same government he once served. He should come out clean and tell Northerners the truth about his actions.”
