Achudume Wants Religious Leaders To Desist From Twisting Words Of God.

Apostle Lawrence Achudume of the victory Life Bible Church  has warned  religious leaders to stop from twisting the words of God for their selfish gains.

He also urged them to see themselves as agents of God for the benefit of humanity.

The clergy man  disclosed this on Sunday during an online preaching on a topic tiltled ”Cowards In Cassock”

The general overseer of the Victory Bible Church noted  that  the time has come  for religious leaders to live up to their expectations and take their proper place in the scheme of things.

According to him,  religious leaders as carriers of God’s power, must ensure that  they are held in high esteem.

He added that religious leaders must strive to be above  board and see themselves as agents that God is using to roll out divine guidance for the benefits of humanity.

Achudume submitted that any cleric that is worthy of his  calling should be bold to speak against all forms of injustices against humanity without minding whose ox is gored

The man of God maintained that everyone will give account of his deeds on earth, saying that there is need for religious leaders to imbibe the fear of God and to always render selfless service to humanity.

Achudume therefore said that majority of Nigerians are still living in abject poverty while some are without basic social amenities, saying that provision of infrastructure, employment opportunities as well as good governance by political office holders will bring the needed succour to Nigerians.
