Hundreds of APC/APM members defects to PDP in Ogun as Former Deputy Speaker, OGHA “Tola Banjo” assures them of evenly distribution of dividends of Democracy under Ladi Adebutu’s led government


The camp of the leading opposition party, People’s Democratic Party PDP in Ogun State continues to swell up as hundreds of members and loyalists of the rulling All Progressives Congress, APC and that of the Allied People’s Movement APM in Ifo Local Government area of the state led by Hon Tunde Akinwande pledged their allegiance to the PDP.
The defectors who were received by a former Deputy Speaker Ogun state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Tola Banjo expressed their readiness to work for the success of the opposition party during the forthcoming general elections.
Addressing the new members of the PDP, Rt Hon. Tola Banjo expressed optimism that with the way people of substances accross party troup into the opposition party shows that victory is assured in the coming elections.
While assuring the defectors of a level playing ground in all decisions and policies, Hon. Tola Banjo encouraged them to take the Ladi Adebutu’s campaign to all the nooks and crannies of their localities.
He further intimate them of the need to ensure that the government in power does not return, noting that the PDP administration under Ladi Adebutu if elected is poised to make life better for all.
