Christian Coleman 2019 World 100m champion have been banned by the Athletics Integrity Unit for two years
The 24 year old Coleman was banned till May 2022 because of three violations of doping control rules.
He missed two visits by sample collection officials and he failed to file correct information on another occasion, all in 2019, the year he won his world title in Doha.
The incidents were on 16 January, 26 April and 9 December, with the second one a filing failure related to him not update his whereabouts information soon after he learned of itinerary changes.
Coleman was provisionally suspended by the AIU in June and the decision has now been upheld by a disciplinary tribunal.
The athlete is set to appeal against the ban
He claimed anti-doping officials did not follow procedures after he failed to meet them at a time he said he would be home on 9 December.
Coleman said he had returned home after Christmas shopping before the hour-long slot was over.
