Torino and Trabzonspor Target Nigerian Striker Rafiu Durosinmi in Summer Transfer Battle
Italian Serie A side Torino and Turkish club Trabzonspor are reportedly monitoring Nigerian forward Rafiu Durosinmi ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old striker, who recently joined Pisa from Czech club Viktoria Plzen in a reported €9 million deal, could be on the move again as interest from European clubs continues to grow.
Despite a mixed start to life in Italy, Durosinmi has attracted attention due to his physical strength, aerial ability, and versatility in attack, making him an appealing option for clubs seeking a reliable forward.
He made an immediate impact by scoring on his debut against Atalanta, but later struggled for consistency as Pisa battled difficulties during the season.
Reports indicate that Pisa may be open to offers in the region of €8 million to €10 million if suitable bids arrive in the summer transfer window.
Trabzonspor are said to view the Nigerian striker as a key attacking target as they plan for the new Turkish Süper Lig season, while Torino are also assessing him as part of their plans to strengthen their forward line.
In addition to interest from Italy and Turkey, other European clubs, including sides from England and Germany, are also reportedly tracking the Super Eagles prospect.
Durosinmi is still regarded as one of Nigeria’s promising young forwards and remains in contention for national team consideration ahead of upcoming international fixtures.
