Marriage Ends in Court Over Controversial Attempt to Resolve Intimate Issues
The woman, identified as Abigirl Nakamba, told the court that her husband, Moris Sinkala, was unable to meet her expectations in their marriage, which lasted about 11 months. She explained that the situation created tension and hindered their plans to have children.
According to her, the issue took a dramatic turn when her husband allegedly suggested involving a close friend in an attempt to address their marital difficulties. She rejected the proposal, describing it as inappropriate and unacceptable.
The husband admitted to making the suggestion, explaining that he was trying to find a solution to their problems and satisfy his wife. He also cited personal reasons he believed contributed to the situation after their wedding.
Due to the breakdown of trust and the irreconcilable differences between the couple, the court ruled to dissolve the marriage.
Following the separation, the woman reportedly left without taking any shared property and moved in with a relative, marking the end of the brief union.
