Hon. Adijat Adeleye-Oladapo commiserates with Ogun Speaker “Oluomo” over death of Mum

The Immediate past Special Adviser to Ogun State governor on Women Affairs and a Former Member, Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Adijat Adeleye-Oladapo has commiserated with the speaker Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo over the passing of his mother, Alhaja Tawakalitu Agboola Oluomo ( The Iya Suna of Ifo land )
Alhaja Tawakalitu Oluomo died in the early hours of Tuesday 19th of July, 2022 at the age of 86.
In a condolence message personally signed by the ex-lawmaker to Hon. Kunle Oluomo, Hon. Adijat said: “Please accept my deepest condolences over the passing of your mum, Alhaja Tawakalitu Oluomo, describing her death as a great loss to the entire Ifo land as well as the state at large”.
“I know it’s always painful when any of our parents, particularly mother, leaves us no matter how old. I urge you to accept her death as the will of Almighty God.
“I also join you in thanking God that Alhaja lived to a ripe old age and left behind worthy children like you.”
She noted that the Octogenarian lived an impactful life, a life of care for her children and community and will be sorely missed.
“The the great values she left behind would serve as a guiding light not only to the people of Ifo but to the entire State”.
Although she died at a ripe age of 86, She wished she were still alive to impart her rich words of wisdom.
“How I wish mama is still alive with us for some more years, so that we can keep drinking from her rich reservoir of wisdom, love and care”.
An irreplaceable jewel such as Mama Tawakalitu Agboola Oluomo would be missed by all for her immense contributions to the society”.She said.
While commiserating with friends and political associates of Rt.Hon. Olakunle Oluomo, family members and the entire Ogun state Assembly, Hon. Adeleye-Oladapo prayed that God comforts all the loved ones of the departed and accepts her soul into Aljannah Firdaus.

Alhaja Tawakalitu Agboola Oluomo who was until her passage to glory was the Iya Suna of Ifo-land bade the world farewell aged 86 years would be buried according to Islamic rites on Tuesday 19th of July at her residence, Oba Oluomo Compound in Ifo local government area of Ogun state at 4pm.
