Economy : FG cut costs, reduced lists of govt officials overseas travelling entourage

To reflect Prudence in government spendings and adjust to current economic realities, President Bola Tinubu has ordered a mass reduction of Personnel traveling with Top Government officials on both local and international trips.

He also directed that his security personnel be heavily reduced during visit to states in Nigeria as the security architecture in the states he is visiting would take charge of his personal security.

He warned that any minister or public servant that violated this directive would be sanctioned.
