Death of Mapoly student : Tola Banjo commiserates with Family, urge Ogun govt, security agencies to fish out perpetrators


Former Deputy Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Tola Banjo has condemned the killing of a student of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Mapoly Abeokuta, Miss Happiness Odeh was said to have been kidnapped on her way to a movie set along Iperu road and was later killed by her abductors.
A statement by the ex-lawmaker, Hon. Tola Banjo said, “On behalf of myself and the people of Ogun State, I extends heartfelt condolences to the parent and relatives of the murdered student.
“I wholly condemns the heinous, brutal and mindless killing of the guiltless student by deranged individuals who have clearly lost all human morality and descended to taking human lives for no just cause.”
Hon. Banjo called on security agencies and the government of Ogun state to rise up to their responsibilities by fishing out the perpetrators of the heinous crime, make them face the full weight of the law and as well strengthen their parameters to end senseless killings of innocent souls in Ogun State.
