The Office of the Special Adviser on Public and Intergovernmental Relations to the Ondo State Government, Hon. Kikelomo Ikuomola, has extended warm Eid-El-Fitr greetings to the people of the state, urging residents to embrace unity, peace, and compassion as Muslims mark the end of Ramadan.
In a goodwill message, Ikuomola described the Eid celebration as a moment of reflection, sacrifice, and renewed faith, emphasizing that the holy month promotes values such as love, tolerance, and selflessness. She noted that these virtues are essential for building a peaceful and progressive society.
She commended Muslim faithful across the state for their dedication throughout Ramadan, highlighting their prayers, fasting, and charitable acts as contributions to the moral strength of the community. She also encouraged residents to sustain the spirit of togetherness beyond the festive period by fostering mutual respect among people of different faiths and backgrounds.
According to her, continued unity and cooperation among citizens remain key to supporting the state government’s efforts toward achieving sustainable development and inclusiveness in Ondo State.
She prayed for peace, good health, and divine blessings upon the people, while wishing all Muslims a joyous and fulfilling Eid celebration.
