As the rulling All Progressives Congress, APC Primaries to elect candidates that would stand as standard bearer for the party in the forthcoming general elections draws nearer, in Ogun state, there is need to draw the attention of the people that matters (Delegates) in the process towards the need to put their conscience, the struggle for real change and collective growth of the people above individual gains, particularly in Ijebu-Ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu North East Federal constituency having documented the misrepresentation and legislative redundancy that has plagued the area for years.
No doubt, the Ogun state Family of the APC have quiet number of people capable of changing the narratives in the area and Former Deputy Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Tola Idris Banjo popularly known as the “Giants Master” falls into the category of the best among the rest, vying for a seat in the green chamber of the National Assembly to represent the good people of Ijebu central Federal Constituency across the the 36 wards in the tenth Legislature.
As the party goes into primaries later this week, there is need for delegates to tow the path of collective growth by chosing a man capable and equiped for the job, not another political jobber waiting to pounce and milk the future of the people particularly the youths dry, thereby subjecting them to more years of underdevelopment, agonizing tales, unfulfilled promises but the need to re-write history by entrusting the mandate of Ijebu-Ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu North East Federal constituency in the hands of a man with the required Leadership quality, Hon. Banjo to lead his people into a new era of unprecedented growth.
