Education/Agriculture: Amb. Oshi Commends Kastina Governor On Bold Reforms
... Declares Him a Future Nigerian Leader

Ambassador Bernard Oshi, President of Ben 10 Equipments Inc., has commended Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State for his far-reaching reforms in agriculture, industry, and education, describing him as a transformational leader and a national asset.
Addressing journalists in Abuja, Oshi highlighted Governor Radda’s relentless drive to modernize agriculture and equip young people with practical industrial skills, calling him “the kind of leader Nigeria desperately needs.”
“Dr. Radda is not just a visionary—he’s focused, determined, and unwavering in his commitment to progress,” Oshi remarked. “I’ve worked with leaders across Africa, and he is truly in a league of his own.”
Oshi revealed that Ben 10 Equipments Inc., in partnership with Chinese engineer Mr. Williams Xui of Woeka Equipment Company, has launched several collaborative agricultural projects in Katsina under Radda’s administration. Chief among them is a tractor and planter assembly initiative, which has already trained 34 local youths in just one month.
“These young people are now fully equipped to assemble advanced agricultural machinery,” Oshi said. “It’s a life-changing opportunity, and we’re set to commission the plant by early May.”
Chinese Partner Applauds Katsina’s Agricultural Push
Mr. Williams Xui, Managing Director of Woeka Equipment Company, echoed Oshi’s sentiments. He praised the Katsina State government for its swift decision-making and supportive approach to project implementation.
“Working with Governor Radda’s administration has been among our most seamless and productive experiences in West Africa,” Xui said. “There’s a clear vision, a responsive team, and a deep commitment to empowering local communities.”
Xui also detailed an upcoming solar-powered irrigation project covering 200 hectares of farmland, designed to ensure year-round agricultural productivity through efficient water-lifting systems and pivot irrigation technology.
“This initiative will transform farming in the region, especially during the dry season,” he noted.
Radda’s Bold Agricultural Declaration Lauded
Ambassador Oshi further praised Governor Radda as the first state leader in the current democratic cycle to declare a state of emergency in agriculture—a move he described as courageous and strategic.
“The governor’s leadership is bringing the dividends of democracy to even the most neglected parts of the state,” Oshi stated. “Katsina is emerging as a new agricultural powerhouse.”
He also extended gratitude to the state’s Ministry of Agriculture and its commissioner for their active role in driving the projects forward.
“Their hands-on approach has been vital to our success,” he said.
A Call for National Leadership
As the event concluded, Ambassador Oshi offered an emphatic endorsement of Governor Radda for future national leadership, expressing hope that his caliber of leadership would be recognized on a broader scale.
“When President Tinubu’s administration ends, I believe Dr. Radda should be considered among the top contenders,” Oshi said. “Nigeria needs visionary, results-oriented leaders like him.”
“May God continue to bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he concluded.
