APC Tells Adeleke to Stop Blaming Tinubu, Oyetola for Osun Challenges
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke to stop blaming President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, for the challenges facing the state.
In a statement issued by the party, the APC accused the Adeleke administration of engaging in political blame games instead of focusing on governance and delivering on its campaign promises to the people of Osun State.
The party maintained that President Tinubu and Oyetola should not be held responsible for the state’s governance challenges, insisting that Adeleke has a constitutional responsibility to address the needs of the people through effective leadership and sound policy implementation.
According to the APC, repeated attempts to shift responsibility to the Federal Government and opposition figures would not solve the state’s economic and developmental issues. The party urged the governor to concentrate on improving infrastructure, education, healthcare and other critical sectors rather than making what it described as politically motivated accusations.
The statement further stressed that the APC remains committed to democratic governance and constructive opposition, while expressing confidence that the people of Osun State can distinguish between political rhetoric and genuine efforts at development.
