Ahead of next month Presidential and National Assembly Elections, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Senatorial candidate in Ogun Central, πππππ
πππππππ ππππππππππ has taken his campaign closer to his people with ward-to-ward visitations across the Senatorial district.
πππππ ππππππππππ kicked off his Ward campaign on Monday in Abeokuta North Local Government Area where he expressed his readiness to cover the 74 wards in the six Local Government Areas that make up Ogun Central.
The Akinruyiwa of Owu Kingdom started the day’s activities by attending Oke-Ona Community Development Council (CDC) general meeting with his entourage led by PDP Senatorial chairman in Ogun Central, Hon. Akinlabi, former Chairman of Ogun State Teaching Service Commission – Chief (Mrs.) Olabosipo Ogunsan, former Commissioner – Hon. Lekan Tejuoso, Hon. Abiodun Ogunremi amongst other party executives in Ogun Central and Abeokuta North Local Government.
He said he is familiar with the numerous challenges individuals and businesses are faced with in Ogun State due to the incumbent government failure to provide people-oriented leadership.
πππππ ππππππππππ proceeded to PDP ward 4 meeting in Elega road where he met various community’s groups including Hausa community, Igbo community, artisan associations and community leaders.
He was informed of the challenges faced by the community which ranged fromΒ bad roads to lack of potable water, hunger and lack of government’s support.
The third stop was Oke Araganga Community in Elega road where he conversed with community leaders among which is Odofin Oluwo of Oke-Ona community, Chief Oluseun IdowuΒ who noted that he was moved by the positive comments he hears about πππππ ππππππππππ.
Chief Idowu concluded his brief comment with prayers which was corroborated by the market women with assurance to support and vote all PDP candidates in the February 25th and March 11th elections.
The PDP Senatorial Candidate in Ogun Central promised the traders in Elega community a borehole project that will start immediately with assurances of relaying their request for a transformer to PDP governorship candidate, Hon. (Dr.) Oladipupo Adebutu and a tentative provision of solar lights around the market.
